Supported by many business partners, Toko Electrical Construction has been striving for a prosperous society based on its corporate motto of "conscientious electrical work." To remain a company needed by society, we must increase our corporate value by establishing sustainable work practices, enhancing productivity, and addressing urgent issues such as labor shortages, rising costs, and regulatory enhancements.
Given these circumstances, we have formulated a new long-term vision. This plan outlines our vision for the company 10 years from now and clarifies our growth strategy and priority initiatives. To meet societal demands, we will incorporate sustainability, ESG and digital transformation (DX) elements into our business activities, advance technology succession and human resource development, as well as develop non-labor-intensive businesses for achieving sustainable growth.
In the newly formulated vision, we set a sales target of ¥200 billion in 10 years.
We will not achieve the vision simply by "working double of current work" but by addressing societal needs, growing together with the market, and promoting technological innovation and operational efficiency.
To ensure the success of this plan, it is essential to create an environment where every employee and stakeholder can work healthily and safely. We will strive to build a future where the company's growth contributes to the happiness of all our stakeholders, while their vibrant engagement propels our growth.
