DX Strategy
Toko Electrical Construction set digital transformation (DX) as a key management strategy to address changing times and provide our customers with safer, higher-quality buildings. By leveraging digital technology to promote ''business visualization'' and ''business standardization'', we aim to enhance productivity and streamline operations, thereby further increasing our corporate value.
Our DX strategy is built on the following five components:
1. Business process re-engineering and digital platform development
We will optimize all business operations and develop our own platform to enable efficient business management.
2. Business reform through database management of construction documents and AI utilization
We will facilitate the digital management of construction documents and implement AI for automatic extraction and creation, thereby reducing workload and improving accuracy.
3. Strengthening the DX promotion foundation through improved IT literacy
We will enhance the IT skills of all employees to enable new ways of working that utilize digital technology.
4. Visualizing project progress and workload
By visualizing each project's progress in real time, we can support proper staffing and swift decision-making.
5. Driving company-wide transformation through linking each measure
Rather than advancing each measure individually, we will achieve company-wide operational transformation by linking them.
Toko Electrical Construction is dedicated to enhancing productivity and improving quality through these initiatives, consistently aiming to meet the expectations of our customers and society. We will actively leverage digital technology to contribute to our sustainable growth and the advancement of the industry.
