“Lumie Ichikawa” senior citizen residence with services
Ltd., which operates fee-based nursing homes in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, as a subsidiary in April 2015. We entered the nursing care business under the company name Toko Seas Garden Co. In addition, in April 2016, we opened a serviced senior housing facility on the site of our former family dormitory in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. We have three businesses on the first floor: day-care, home-visit care, and in-home care support. We will continue to develop services rooted in the community. Toward a Japan where people can live affluently even as they age. We want to meet the needs of the times with our assets and technology. This is also one of the "conscience" of Toko Electric Works.
